GA speaker under H. E. Moses Azuure suspended meetings after the financial committee submitted different budget aside the approved budget by the GA to Dean Office for approval. This happened because the speaker was elected and not appointed and so he delivered his duties diligently. Now, think about it otherwise if the speaker was appointed by the president.
